One of the functions of our trading application Atani, are the alerts. This is a system that allows you to keep a close monitoring of the price of a cryptocurrencies in different exchanges. So, that you can operate with advantage and set the necessary course of action for your trading strategy.
Atani alerts are a very useful feature in that regard and, best of all, it is very easy to set up a price alert within the application, as you will see below.
Getting to know the Atani trading alerts module
To go to Atani’s trading alerts module, open the application and go to the “Trade” tab. There, right in the upper left corner you will see the Atani trading alerts module.
This module offers you the following options:
- Set up price tracking for a cryptocurrency pair within the exchange of your choice. The pairs are expressed in the existing pairs within that exchange. So, you should know the options of the exchange beforehand. In any case, a drop-down menu in this module shows you all available pairs.
- The module has three alert options which are:
- Text message or SMS.
- Phone call.
- You can create, filter (by cryptocurrency) and delete the alerts you want. In future updates of Atani, you will be able to modify the alerts and much more.
In any case, the chosen alert generates the set of actions chosen along with a visible notification within the application as you can see in the following screenshot.
To create an alert is as simple as clicking on the (+) button of the alerts module and selecting the pair you want.
At this point, you only have to indicate the price and select the media you want to receive the alert. In this case, we have configured an alert for the Binance exchange, using the MATIC/USD pair and we have set the price . This will trigger the alert when the price is reached and the alert will be sent to our email as we have chosen in this specific alert.
When the price is met, we will see that the alert disappears from the module and we will receive the notifications both in the Atani application and in the email registered in the application.
Next we can see that, when configuring the mail alert option, we receive the alert without complications.
Configuring the alert module
Configuring the Atani alerts module is very simple. To do so, you must go to the “Settings” menu.
And once inside the menu, select the “Profile” option. Once there, you must enter your e-mail address where you want to receive the notification (the same e-mail address you entered in the registration is automatically used) and configure the telephone number for SMS and phone call notifications.
With that you will have configured correctly the module to receive trading alerts with Atani.
